Welcome to the City of Loris, SC. 

The City of Loris has a total area of 3.1 square miles and approximately 2,600 residents.

City Hall is located downtown at 4101 Walnut Street.

Loris is well known for our annual Bog-Off Festival, held on the third Saturday in October, in our beautiful downtown area. Chicken Bog is a dish of delight which includes chicken, rice, sausage, and spices. The Loris Bog-off features arts and crafts vendors, an area for children to enjoy, performances from talent around the region, an antique car show, a chicken-bog cooking contest, and so much more. Local schools and groups participate in spectacular performances. It is an event you will not want to miss!
