City Hall

 
The Administration Department of the City is responsible for the overall management of the City's organization. The City Administrator provides professional leadership and management of City resources and executes and administers City policies, ordinances, programs, and goals and objectives adopted by the Council.

The City Administrator is responsible for but not limited to the proper administration of the affairs of the city and of preparation and administration of an annual operating budget, overseeing city departments, and advising Council on financial and policy matters. The City Clerk/Treasurer, appointed by the City Council works alongside the City Administrator to complete many daily task. These task include but are not limited to providing clerical and administrative support, overseeing city financials, coordinating all meeting notices, agenda preparation, assists with City elections, maintains permanent records along with many other daily tasks.
